5. Lifetime Membership and Free Gift Terms

“Lifetime Membership” means access to the Service for as long as Pure Power Picks actively operates and provides the Service. If the Service is discontinued or modified for any reason, lifetime access ends without refund, credit, or compensation.

Free gifts (if offered) are subject to a verification period of at least fourteen (14) days after payment clears. Any chargeback, dispute, reversal, or payment failure during this period voids eligibility for the gift.

Free gifts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other value.

6. License and Intellectual Property

Pure Power Picks (and/or its licensors) owns all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all trade alerts, content, materials, trademarks, and intellectual property.

Upon termination, your license ends immediately, and you must cease all use of the Service and content. IP restrictions and other surviving provisions continue after termination.
